We can tailor our parties to suit you, so if you’d like Tappy Toes in your garden, that’s no problem. Maybe you don’t want the expense of a hall and want to do it at home, just make sure there’s enough space for the number of children attending and let us know, so we can adapt some of the movement and props we use, to suit your space.
We don’t book the venue for you. You will need to choose your party place and we will come along and tire out the children.
You will need to arrange your venue and food, but we will come along with all our props, fantastic music and get your party guests moving and grooving!
We have a wide variety of music at Tappy Toes and we pick out the songs we know are the favourites within our classes. This could be anything from well known traditional nursery rhymes, to the latest movie soundtrack. If you have some favourite songs that you would love us to play, just let us know on your booking form and we’ll make sure we include them.
Yes absolutely, just let us know your party theme. Whether it's Princesses, Superheroes, Trolls or Dinosaurs, tell us when you book and we’ll make sure we include music and dances to suit your theme. We will still use our favourite Tappy Toes party tracks too, but we’ll include music that suits your theme along the way.
We have a huge variety of props and puppets, so if there is something you specifically want just let us know when you book. Our props include a range of different puppets, various musical instruments, pom-poms, dance ribbons, glow sticks, parachutes, hoops and more. You can discuss with your party planner if your child has a favourite prop that they would like us to bring along.
Party prices will vary depending upon your location. Prices start from £120. 50% is payable to secure your booking and the balance is due the day before your party. Your deposit is non-refundable, but if something disastrous happens on your party day and you need to rearrange we will try our best to accommodate where we can.
We recommend an hour for your Tappy Toes entertainment. The children are still very young and an hour is the optimal amount of time for them to focus and get the most out of it. If you wanted a shorter party for younger children, for example 45 minutes, just let us know. If you did want a longer slot, we would recommend having a drink and snack break in the middle of it. You can discuss the finer details with your party entertainer when you book.
The perfect amount for a Tappy Toes party is approx 15 children. However, we can accommodate larger parties (there may be a small additional charge for parties of more than 20, check with your local party entertainer). We have also attended smaller parties with just 6-8 children in the lounge, and this also works perfectly.
100% yes! Tappy Toes encourages all children to dance and our parties work for any gender.
You will be required to pay 50% to secure your booking, and the balance the day before the party. The deposit is non-refundable.
Confirmation of Booking:
Your Tappy Toes party booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of your deposit payment and the issuance of a confirmation email.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Please note that a £20 administration fee may apply for changes to the party date. We are unable to reschedule parties due to weather conditions, except in cases of extreme weather posing a danger to guests or entertainers. Cancellation of the booking incurs a charge of 50% of the total booking cost. In the unlikely event of any issues from our end, a full refund will be provided.
Child Attendance:
The maximum number of children for Tappy Toes parties is 20 with one entertainer. Siblings over 12 months and under 6 years old are considered part of the party. Quality may be affected with high numbers and background noise. No additional charges for up to 20 children, but 20 or more children require an additional fee. Failure to notify about exceeding 20 children may result in a £25 fee or termination of the visit.
Behavior at Parties:
Attendees must respect and understand that entertainers are not responsible for managing disruptive behavior. Parents are requested to intervene if a child's behavior disrupts the party.
Entertainer Availability:
Upon deposit payment and confirmation, Tappy Toes guarantees an entertainer for your child's party. In unforeseen circumstances, we'll make every effort to find suitable cover. Changes will be communicated promptly.
Background Noise:
Maintain a reasonable volume of background noise to ensure the highest standard of Tappy Toes parties. Excessive noise may impact the quality of the entertainment. Avoid bouncy castles and other activities during the Tappy Toes session as this is too distracting for the party guests!
Additional Activities:
Notify Tappy Toes in advance if other activities are planned during the entertainment session to ensure proper coordination.
Parking:
Provide nearby parking for your Tappy Toes entertainer in order to unload props, any associated costs are the client's responsibility.
Final Balances:
Final balances must be settled via the invoice payment link, the day before the party.
Arrival of Tappy Toes Entertainer:
Entertainers will contact you in advance to coordinate arrival times. A 10-minute setup time is required. Entertainers will arrive at least 15 minutes early for setup.
Booking Times:
Entertainers will provide entertainment for the booked time. Parties running late are subject to the original booking time, and any extra time is chargeable at £20 cash per additional 15 minutes, payable before departure. Please discuss this with your entertainer on the day.
