We’ve had some pretty brilliant news land in our inbox this week and we couldn’t wait a second longer to share it. We usually spend our days focused on twirls and getting toddlers to find their feet, but we’re taking a breather today to celebrate a rather big milestone.

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Tappy Toes has been named a finalist in three categories for this year’s industry awards:

• Leader of the Year
• Franchise of the year with more than 15 franchisees
• Lifetime Achievement

Honestly, just typing that out feels a bit surreal.

From Strength to Strength

We’re keeping that momentum going after a fantastic 2024, a year that saw us take home the trophy for Biggest Growth. While winning trophies is lovely, that specific award meant the world to us, because it represents more families joining our community and more children discovering the joy of dance across the UK.

To be recognised now in these three new categories feels like a testament to the hard work our entire team puts in from our dedicated head office to every single franchise owner who pours their heart into their local classes.

What This Means to Us

Being a finalist for Franchise of the Year is a huge nod to our business model and the brilliant people who run it. We’ve always aimed to create a business that is supportive, sustainable and above all, fun.

The Leader of the Year and Remarkable Achievement nods are the icing on the cake. They reflect the grit it takes to grow a brand in today’s climate while staying true to our original mission: getting kids moving and building their confidence through dance.
