Before starting my Tappy Toes classes I graduated from Performers College with a Level 6 Trinity Diploma in Professional Musical Theatre. During my training, credits included: Thoroughly Modern Millie as well as featuring in annual summer shows Livin’ on the Edge, Captivated and 30. At Christmas, I was a Principal Dancer in Sleeping Beauty Pantomime for UK Productions where I understudied for the evil fairy, Carabosse.
Prior to this, I started my professional training at Evolution Foundation College, and was also a former member of the UK’s best known song and dance troupe, West End Kids, performing all across the country at various venues including West End Live, Royal Albert Hall and Move it. (this is also where I met my now fiancé)
I used teach Tappy Toes classes in Rickmansworth, Epping and Bishop’s Stortford for a couple of years before deciding to take the plunge and opened up my own branch of Tappy Toes in my home town of Hertford! She now runs classes in Hertford, Ware, Stevenage, Hoddesdon and Hitchin!
I have had lots of positive reviews since I started Tappy Toes – ‘An experienced teacher, teaching dance, drama and singing, to children of all ages. Jasmine has a natural ability to engage with the Under 5’s. They just LOVE her! We know you’ll have an amazing time at her classes.’
Fun fact : When I get married next year my name will be Mrs Dance!! We also have a lively, cuddly cockapoo called Bonnie who you may see on our socials every now and again!
